Finding a new specialist for every new problem wastes time and stretches the timeline. We start from a service relationship: a plan based on your real situation, plus the issues you have not hit yet, then long-term follow-up.

1. Study and immigration

Country, city and school selection; applications, essays and interviews; student, work and investor visas; arrival support such as housing and language.

2. Education planning

Academic assessment, school and major selection, scholarships, and extra-curricular support.

3. Asset allocation

Financial review, a portfolio across equities, bonds and property, then regular review and rebalancing.

4. Insurance and wealth

Needs analysis, product selection, short- and long-term cash planning, and claims support.

5. Funds and securities

Fund selection, portfolio monitoring and market notes.

6. Family office

Trusts, succession, and family investment management so wealth transfers without leaking away.

It covers equities, bonds, funds, property and cash.

1. Equities

Market notes, stock selection matched to risk, and trade execution.

2. Bonds

Credit review, duration matching, and a mix of government and corporate paper.

3. Funds

Fund screening, periodic reviews, and rebalancing.

4. Property

Location research, holding structure, and cash-flow checks.

5. Cash and FX

Multi-currency cash, FX timing, and liquidity buffers.

The aim is a portfolio you can hold: diversified, reviewable, and adjusted as life changes.

A route matched to your profile — skilled, investor or family — then filing, tracking, and post-landing help with work, housing and benefits.

Each plan is sized to the household, not to a product quota.

1. Needs analysis

A full look at finances, family and plans; then a risk map and a matching cover.

2. Product selection

Short-term cash products and a longer mix of equities, funds and property.

4. Claims support

Paperwork, process, and help if a claim is disputed.

The result should be cover you can use, plus a savings path that does not fight the insurance.

Mass-affluent households can still use the same toolkit: wealth planning, investment structure, tax, education, retirement, and risk control.

Core work

Wealth management — a household balance sheet, goals, and a review rhythm.

Investments — allocation, manager selection, and reporting.

Tax and legal — holding companies, trusts, and cross-border notes (with licensed counsel).

Education and retirement — school funding and a drawdown plan.

Insurance — a cover map that sits next to the investment book.

The point is coordination: one map for the family, not five vendors who never talk.

It used to run on Notion with cloud-side rendering; now it is generated statically with Hugo.

Why the change

The old setup depended on Notion too much: whenever Notion changed something, or the server-side rendering broke, the whole site went down. A static site generates plain HTML up front, so there is no runtime dependency that can fail.

What changed

Faster: pages are pre-built static HTML with no front-end framework to load.

Better SEO: it generates
sitemap.xml
,
robots.txt
, full-text RSS, Open Graph cards and structured data automatically.

Easier publishing: posts are just Markdown files — commit and it builds.

Less maintenance: only Hugo and the theme, so upgrades stay simple.

What’s next

Older posts will be brought back and reorganised into series.
